In his month's Grafik Magazine, there is an interesting profile article on illustrator Alan Aldridge, often dubbed 'Beardsley in Blue Jeans', he was known mainly for his radically different, lavish and rounded, illustration work for the Beetles back in the '60s. A retrospective of his work will be celebrated at the Design museum from 10 October – 25 January 2009.
