You'll notice that the O-L has been quiet the last few days, which I can tell you, is owing to a little weekend visit to Vivaldi's home town of Venice. Famed for far too many things to talk about here, including its famous Gondolas, itsVenetion masked balls, the Venice Film Festival, the Art Biennale, its maze-like layout, its teaming tourists, its overpriced coffee, and of course, its fake handbag dealers, Venice is quite an an amazing place to visit as well as incredibly inspiring, especially if you get some time to ponder over some iconic art at the Peggy Guggenheim collection.
In short, if you have never been to Venice the advice is to find a way to go!
Anyway, you will be glad to know our programme continues now with some tasty creative treats...
